The subject of tattoos is another that I’ve been captivated with for the past few years. I wanted to design a project that would showcase tattoos as artwork but also emphasize other reasons for getting a tattoo. I would also include a very brief history or origin of them. With the tattoo images, I wanted the type to interact and play off the shape of the bodies. I hope that this project would enlighten the viewer about more uses for tattoos other than aesthetic. Tattoo meanings can be deep and have emotional reasons.
